This program supports farmers through training and capacity building in organic and climate-smart agricultural practices. Her Narrative on Climate Fellowship

Her Narrative on Climate Fellowship is an initiative taken to empower the voices of women from marginalized communities who suffer from the worst effects of climate change and still stay unheard. By equipping young girls from these communities with climate advocacy skills, this fellowship is making them aware of their educational, social and sexual and reproductive health rights. Through proper mentorship sessions and trainings, Greenstep Foundation is preparing women for climate justice, making them play an important role in environmental policy making and amplifying their voices.
