Executive Director

Dr. Hamid Saeed is the executive director of the Foundation and has expertise in field of ecology and paleontology, non-profit & institutional development. He has previously worked as senior education officer in Niger State Nigeria; professor at Forman Christian College, Lahore. In addition, he has also served as an advisor in the ministry of education, Government of Pakistan. He has been very instrumental in the evolution of many educational institutions in Pakistan including FC College, Minhaj University.

Dr. Rab Nawaz is an academician and is serving as the general secretary of the foundation. He holds PhD degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. He is working as associate professor and head of department of environmental sciences at University of Lahore. He has been very instrumental in providing advisory and consulting services to governmental as well as non-governmental organizations. His areas of expertise include pollution and remediation, climate change, sustainability science and environmental management.

Dr. Sohaib Aslam is an environmental science academician and is very active in advocating the community about human-driven environmental issues. He is also working as an associate professor at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University), Lahore. He holds a PhD degree in Environmental Sciences from AgroParisTech, Paris and is also an AvH (Alexander von Humboldt) Fellow. His areas of expertise include environmental pollution & management, circular economy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), climate action, ESG and sustainability reporting.

Dr. Ibatsam Khokhar

Finance Secretary

Dr. Ibatsam Khokhar is serving the foundation as finance secretary as well as coordinator of community outreach activities. She holds a PhD degree in Mycology and Plant pathology from University of the Punjab, Lahore and has been a postdoctoral fellow at Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her areas of expertise include microbiology, impact of fungi on the environment and use of microorganisms in bioremediation of the hazardous compounds present in wastewater. She has been very instrumental in advising the foundation on gender & minority related initiatives.

Mr. Shoaib Nasir has completed his master in science from Universitat Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany in the field of Environmental Protection and Agricultural Food Production. He has wide experience in implementing interventions targeted at sustainable agriculture and rural development. He is advising the foundation on projects and initiatives on rural development and climate-resilient agriculture. His expertise involves uplifting of the unaddressed farmer community, environmental standardization of agricultural products for better health and profit, agricultural product sustainability, CSR, health economics and urban food trends.

MPhil in Environmental Sciences, Amal Sarah is social activist and board member of the foundation. She is working at Lahore Diocese where her role is to increase women empowerment by the provision of socio-economic opportunities to Women. She regularly conducts skill training programs such as sewing and stitching, beautician, computer literacy with women situated in villages and semi urban areas of Lahore Diocese. In addition, she assists in health meetings and community seminars which are conducted in rural areas and urban slums for the grass root communities with the focus on preventive healthcare.

Dr. Irfan Younas is executive member and public health specialist. He is pediatric cardiologist and is working at the Children's Hospital and Institute of Child Health, Lahore as a senior registrar. He has been instrumental in providing the advisory role in implementing health related initiatives.
