Green Schools Program
The Green Schools Program empowers students and school communities to adopt sustainable practices by turning the campus green, promoting climate education, organizing eco-engagement activities, and school-based environmental
initiatives like plantation and cleaning drives, visits to eco-friendly places, and kitchen gardening workshops.
This program builds long-term environmental responsibility among youth while supporting corporates in creating measurable education-focused CSR impact.

Climate Resilient Agriculture Practices Program
This program supports farmers through training and capacity building in organic
and climate-smart agricultural practices. Greenstep Foundation promotes
environmentally responsible farming models that improve livelihoods while
reducing ecological harm, making it a strong CSR opportunity for rural
sustainability impact.
Green Skills for Youth Program
The Green Skills Development Program equips youth and communities with
practical sustainability knowledge and environmental leadership skills. Through

Kitchen Gardening Workshops for Employees
Greenstep Foundation offers Kitchen Gardening Workshops as an employee
engagement CSR initiative, promoting sustainable living, organic food practices,
and workplace-driven environmental responsibility. The program encourages
employees to adopt eco-friendly habits beyond the corporate setting.
Her Narrative on Climate Fellowship
Her Narrative on Climate Fellowship is an initiative taken to empower voices of
women from marginalized communities who suffer from the worst effects of
climate change and still stay unheard. By equipping young girls from these
communities with climate advocacy skills, this fellowship is making them aware
about their educational, social and sexual and reproductive health rights. Through
proper mentorship sessions and trainings, Greenstep Foundation is preparing
women for climate justice making them play an important play in environmental
policy making and amplifying their voices.

Green Ambassadors Program
Green Ambassadors Program is a flagship project of Greenstep Foundation in
collaboration with Sustainability Plus aimed to equip university students with
green transferrable skills. The vision behind selecting campus ambassadors was
to develop leadership skills among them by providing them opportunities with
proper guidance and resources. These Ambassadors play a crucial role in
conducting awareness sessions about our ongoing project themes, organizing
eco-friendly engagement activities, turning the campus green and taking action
to reduce carbon emissions in their universities.
Quality Health for All Initiative
Quality Health for All is a community-based initiative aimed at improving access
to essential healthcare services and health awareness among underserved and
marginalized populations. The project focuses on preventive healthcare, maternal
and child health, mental health awareness, hygiene education, and sexual &
reproductive health rights. Through health camps, expert-led sessions,
partnerships with healthcare professionals, and community outreach programs,
Greenstep Foundation works to reduce health disparities and promote equitable
access to quality healthcare. The initiative empowers communities with
knowledge, resources, and support systems to build healthier, more resilient lives
while contributing to sustainable development and social well-being.
